Her unprofessionalism, which got us to this point, aside, this is about services rendered. We pay for 6 hours, she comes over 3 times for 60 minutes each.
When the time for a refund comes because of her unprofessionalism, we get 6 hours minus 3 90 minutes sessions in return. Seems a bit off there.
