I called to cancel this product, she just would not listen, she kept talking and offering discount of product. i ended up screaming at the top of my lungs,do you here me? can you understand english i doooo nooot want this product. i even told her i was recording this and she just kept on going. i ended up hang up,and she was still talking about a discount. i said I DO NOT want THIS PEODUCT PLEEASE CANCEL IT. and i finally hung up.i will not pay any bill that comes here..

I had the EXACT SAME experience.
I ordered "free samples" of Revive Derma" and "Lyt Derma". When ordering, another product got ordered for $39. I called their number to tell them I didn't want it. (844-441-8961 and 844 517 7317). No matter what I said, the rep. ignored and played "let's make a deal" according to some script. Apparently they also put the product on auto ship, and she said I have 14 days to cancel. I called a week later (today) to cancel. I asked for US call center. She said they are in NY. (They are not). I told her until I was blue in the face that I want to CANCEL MY ORDER. She refused to acknowledge my request and kept reading from script to try to make a deal. After about 7 minutes, I hung up. I'm concerned that this scam company is going to keep charging my card. I originally saw this product by clicking on some ad supposedly (I believe falsely) claimed to be endorsed by Dr. Oz.
The product arrived with a return address on pkg: Jang Health Group, 480 6th Ave., #356, NYC 10011. I looked it up and it is a UPS store address.
