Complaint Review: janina Giron

I was interested in getting sober from my addiction. My boyfriend went to this place Oasis Detox, He has alot of money. He paid for both of us. when I was researching the treatment programs I check out who runs them. I checked SUNBIZ and found this place had one person a President, Secretary and Treasurer. Dr. Janina Giron. I called and they promissed that for a flat fee of $6750 for each of us we would get 5-7 days of Medical DETOX and get sponsorship to a treatment center. That they had great relationships with G&G Treatment. I got there and this tech took my vidals and his name was Chris. Robert Oliva took my stuff and was going to search it and store it. I saw a nurse and was taken to a room. The room was gross, the carpet was filthy and the staff untrained. I have serious medical issues that they refused to address. I was in group with G-Q and often dealt with Chis & Rob. I was not given my meds and often they were stolen by Rob who sold them I later found out. I was discharged without meds, without referal to treatment and there were crack pipes in my property when I left. They never searched my stuff. I relapsed the next day. I had no meds, no place to go and no help there. They all left at thankgiving and janina who promissed me that she had a duty as a Dr to get me help never did anything. Rob was it appeared her boyfriend and did less, and Juan and Annie were useless. I have done some research and discovered that Dr. Janina Giron is not and never has been a Dr. Her real name is Bertha Janina Giron and under investigation from a scam non-profit in CT. Also she is not even licensed in Fla ar a counselor. The Guy Chris was arrested at the program by SWAT and his PO because he was using drugs on probation and how he ever was hired by Ms. Giron with a active felony warrant is crazy. GQ who led the groups was also arrested and was a wanted fugative. I understand that Juan Muno was a felon convicted of Robbery in NY and they all worked and ran a huge scam non profit in NY together. I also found out that Janina Giron was discovered to be fraud and removed hereself from the company but runs it. After Chris got out of jail we talked and I discovered that this was a non-profit and they were listing me and other self pay as "Scholorships" and Janina and Rob were keeping the money. I also heard that they charged G & G Rehab $35,000 for 7 days (what the insurance pays) and G & G would then get a $10,000 kick-back for sending them to Oasis. I found out that there was a death here at Oasis and Janina had them order meds without a DEA license under the MD number and that they keep everyones meds to sell them back to program because the pogram has no DEA number yet. No one was trained. I heard that Robert, Juan & GQ were homeless veterans with disabilities and were residents/patients themselves at Veterans Support Organization and Jania was the one who raised $3,500,000 in CT and gave away ony $300,000 as a charity. I know that the BIG BOSS david lives in a $17,000 month house on the ocean and Oasis pays for it as a Staff or Resident House yet only he lives there. I am filing complaints as I relied on these people to be professionals with training in Substance Abuse and in reality they are just scamming people out of money and defrauding the insurance companies by saying they are Dr and trained. They stole my medication and I almost died. DO NOT SEND ANYONE ANYWHERE JANINA GIRON WORKS SHE EVEN SAID ONE DAY TO ROB " I HATE ADDICTS" then why is she pretending to try and help us. I ended up on the street using the drugs they returned to me in the property they had.
