After careful consideration we decided to purchase a Championship Full AKC Papered 9 1/2 wk (dob 10/23/2013) healthy male German Shepherd puppyw/lifetime warranty as a gift for me for xmas. The parents & complete pedigree background was supposed to be all champion ship including excellant hips & elbows. We received the puppy with FAKE, YES FAKE Vet paperwork, It was for a female dog with a different birthdate. The airline didn't know how the puppy made it cross country without a certified vet certification to fly. This puppy flew on a plane with 3 piece of newspaper and nothing else in the crate all the way cross county. I requested several times to either put in a towel or blanket. Nevertheless he was covered in feces in freezing cold weather when we got him. in addition there were NO AKC PAPERS, NO PEDIGREE PAPERS on this "Championship bloodline" puppy. There was no information on the dam (mother). I went round and round on the phone before hand regarding the mothers pedigree and was assured she was champaionship bloodlines, she had previous litters between the dam & sire all healthy puppies. I received NOTHING on this male puppy. I called her her immediately and was told the paperwork was a mixup for his sister...The paperwork was for a TOTALLY DIFFERENT DOG WITH A DIFFERENT BIRTHDATE, so how was it a mixup with his sister. I have copies of all information on line in regards to the puppy I bought, yet NOTHING MATCHED UP.
I called the vet on the phony paperwork from my bank, had the call on speaker phone with the manager. The vet asked for all info on the paperwork, took my number and stated that they never heard of Janna James nor Vom Haus James and took their phone number as well. The vet called me back a few minutes later stating that the vaccine numbers on said paperwork was for a customer who they contacted who never heard of Janna James/Vom Haus James and even went as far to state that didn't even have a male puppy in that litter. The vet also contacted Janna James and was told to never contact her again and to stay out of it and hund up on them. No one knows how Janna James of Vom Haus James got the vaccine records that WEREN'T EVEN UP TO DATE.
I called Janna Jamea and had words with her looking for all my REAL PAPERWORK, she said the the litter wasn't registered and she was going monday (this was a saturday) to register the litter and send me all neccesary paper work. WELL THAT WAS ALMOST 7 MONTHS AGO AND I'VE GOTTEN NOTHING. Unfortunatly I was unalbe to stop payment of the $1,600. The last time I spoke to her she said she doesn't want any trouble, she can't deal with this and hung up on me. So I have a dog which I love, have had him in training, yet i still DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ON HIM. I PAID FOR A CHAMPION FULL AKC 9 1/2 WK OLD PUPPY THAT IS A FRAUD??? I can't do anything with him without his papers. I made it very clear I wanted the family championship pedigree, as I don't even know who is the mother of this dog. SHE IS A FRAUD!!!! She has on her website 100% lifetime warrenty. Like I said I have copies of everything from her website on what I was puchasing. Janna James of Vom Haus James is a SCAM ARTIST, purchase a pet from a reputable breeder...because she ISN'T!!!

Update on my dog as of 9/15/17; I love my dog more than anything, but I have spent THOUSANDS, and THOUSANDS a year just to keep him healthy He has all kinds of problems for the remainder of his life; digestive and pancreatic issues, which has caused vitamin B12 problems. As for A1 hips, nope, had him tested, vet said it they are not the best, could be worse. I spend a minimum of at least $775 a month depending on when he gets a shot. MONTHLY, yes a monthly on his prescription food and medicine. When he originally starting getting, the vet and I tried different things besides spending a ton of money on all kinds of test. My vet hasn't charged me for an office vist in yrs (been with them since '84). After 1 1/2 yrs we finally got it down to where he goes every 6-8 weeks for a shot, it started out every wk. My vet sent stuff to a special lab, diagnosed and confirmed that his problems were genetic. Luckly I have the money to keep him healthy and happy. I pray that his hips hold up. There are no words to describe bond that I have with my boy. If I go away, even over-night, I have to make sure someone is available to take care of care of him. If I travel with my kids, I have a house sitter for him or my vet accommodates his needs. Regardless at the end of the year, I'm spending over $11,000 for his needs forever...but I LOVE HIM MORE THAN ANYTHING, JUST LIKE MY CHILDREN! PLEASE IF YOU LEARN 1 THING FROM MY MESSAGE, DO NOT BUY FROM HER OR HER SON. God knows how many dogs have died, were put down, abandoned or given away because of their unhealthy genetics snd Lies. Janna James or Julie go by numerous personal and business names & addresses. THEY ARE FRAUDS WITH A FANCY WEBSITE, PHONEY PICTURE'S AND A GOOD TALK! Do your own extensive research. If you love animals, please don't, you will be forever shedding tears.
