I too have been had. I purchased a Nintendo DS and game on October 17th and almost 1 month later I have not received anything nor have I had any response to any of my emails. She of course, cashed my check immediately. However, she had messed with the wrong person. I will not give up. She can not continue to do this to people. It just blows my mind. Obviously, I am not getting my product nor my money, she most certainly doesn't have any. Complete low life! But I will get satifaction because she will pay for this.
