Janos Batten Not paying thousands of dollars worth of rent Did Not Pay Rent and Continue to Refuse Despite Moving Out Sydney/Riverwood NSW
Janos Batten rented one of my properties in Riverwood. In late 2021 and the first quarter of 2022, he did not pay any rent and refused to move out. When we attempted to legally force him out, he suddenly became 'ill' and self-admitted himself into a psychiatric hospital.
Despite having moved out, he still owes us thousands of dollars of unpaid rent. Our real estate agent has blacklisted him, but if he tries to rent from you privately, avoid it at all costs. You will lose large sums of money.

Janos! I use to study with him in ANU. I can't comment on the home owner's situation and if he hasn't paid rent or not. What I can say is he has a legitimate mental illness and was admitted into mental wards in Canberra numerous times.
I seriosly doubt he made up the illness to scam the poster.
