Jansen Chevorlet ripoff I bought a Extended Service Agreement, my car broke down and they won't fix it. Germantown Illinois
I paid about $1,200 for a Extended Service Agreement. My car broke down, had it towed to the oldsmobile repair shop here in La. Jansen Chevrolet Co. In Il. refuses to honor it. Now I found out from the repair man the car had been welded before I bought it in the area the car is broke. After many phone calls I still can't get anyone to honor the agreement. Please help.

Your claim is not a valid service contract complaint however it may be a valid complaint against the dealership if they did not disclose to you in writing the vehicle had been involved in an accident. Contact the state department of motor vehicles dealership enforcement division they can help you.
