I CONTATED TAG HEUER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN APRIL 2012 TO SECURE A SPRING PIN FOR MY TAG HEUER WRISTWATCH. THEY REFERRED ME TO JARED JEWLERS IN LAKE GROVE, NEW YORK. THE CLERK AT JARED TOOK MY WATCH TELLING ME I WOULD BE CONTACKED WITHIN TWO WEEKS. I CALLED JARED EVERY TWO WEEKS FOR TWO MONTHS. 

ON JUNE 6, I WAS TOLD MY PAPER WORK HAD BEEN LOST AND MY WATCH WAS READY FOR PICK UP. THE PIN WHICH WAS INSTALLED WAS NOT AN AUTHENTIC TAG HEUER  PART (IT PROTRUDED FROM THE WATCH). I PAID FOR THE PART AND SERVICE NOT WANTING TO LEAVE THE WATCH AGAIN. WITHIN TWO WEEKS THE WATCH FELL OFF MY WRIST.

ON AUGUAST 12, 2012, I RETURNED TO JARED AND SPOKE WITH THE TIMEPIECE DEPARTMENT MANAGER. HE TOOK THE WATCH MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBERS AND TOLD ME HE'D CALL WHEN THE PIN ARRIVED. THE PICK UP DATE WAS SEPTEMBER 12, 2012. NOT RECEIVING A CALL, I WENT BACK TO JARED IN EARLY OCTOBER. THE TIMEPIECE MANAGE UNSUCESSFULLY ATTEMPTED TO INSTALL A NEW PIN.  HE TOLD ME THE SPRING PIN WOULD BE REORDERED AND I WOULD BE CALLED WHEN IT ARRIVED. 

TODAY IS OCTOBER 26, I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM JARED, DESPITE INQUIRES REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY ORDER.
