I would like to return necklace bought on 3-27-2014 for $1999.99. They said I purchased it on 1-24-2014.I have all paperwork showing bought on 3-27-2014 but they linked it to a purchase made in January . Fraud!!
They charged me for extra's on my earlier purchase that come to over 800.00 and they were suppose to apply that to my necklace but did not. I can't get a straight answer from them . I thought it was straightened out but it is so much more than I know what to do! They make all the paperwork so a normal person can't follow it, and then interpret it to their advantage.
I used their credit dept so I have no way to make them listen and make them responsible for their actions.I bought the necklace 3-27-2014, but they (said) they were going to refund 415.00 from overcharges , and linked my purchase to the refund to make it appear that I bought the necklace in Jan. 2014. Then I notice that they did not give me the 415.00 credit and made it appear as a diff charge
