Complaint Review: Jared Vigos

I received a second chance offer on an ebay auction for a set of chrome wheels and tires. The offer looked legit as being from ebay. The e-mail stated that the winning bidder of the wheels and tires was unable to complete the transaction due to financial problems. I sent a wire transfer via Western Union to Jared Vigos 57 belson Road, London, United Kingdom. The tracking numbers for the shippment were then supposed to be e-mailed to me and ebay. This never happened. I then realized that I had been ripped off by a scam artist.
