Complaint Review: Jareds galleria of jewelery

I went to Jared's in langhorne pa to look for a ring.when I walked in I asked where the particular item I was looking for was located and the salesgirl pointed over there.so I went and found the case myself and a ring I wanted to see and purchase.i stood  there over 10 minutes and no one ever came over to me.there was myself and 2 other customers in store and more than 4 staff there several of which were doing nothing.

I finally got tired of being ignored and left ,someone could have at least come over and said they're  busy and would get someone else to help me shortly.(lie) but didn't even have the decency to acknowledge me?not even the one who had initially pointed me in the right direction I guess that was enough work for her for the day.

So I went across the street to (((REDACTED))) and found a ring and purchased it with cash that day.i have never gone to any jewelry store when someone didn't Come over to you immediately to ask if you need help even if just browsing.

I guess Jared's the galleria of rudeness dosent need my money .and the salespeoples snootiness alone pays their salary?

It was the first and last time I will ever go to Jared's.and I made sure I tell everyone I know including several other brides to be not to go there unless they are in the market for being insulted.

No wonder they have to advertise he went to Jared so much ,because no one would Reccomend them otherwise after going there.
