IN NOVEMBER 2001, I BOUGHT A FORD E-150 CONVERSION VAN, BOUGHT NEW A YEAR 2000 WITH 80 MILES ON IT. I TOOK IT BACK 11/13/02 FOR BAD VIBRATION. FORD REPLACED TIRES AND RIMS. VIBRATION STILL WAS THERE.

1/08/2002 TOOK VAN BACK FOR VIBRATION FROM FRONT TIRES OR WHERE EVER, SO FORD REBALANCED AND ROTATED TIRES. VIBRATION IS STILL THERE.

3/01/02 TOOK VAN BACK TO FORD FOR THE VIBRATION, SERVICE DEPT SAID THAT IT WAS WITHIN SPECS AND THATS THE WAY THE VAN DRIVES.
I'M STUCK WITH IT SHE SAID.

1/9/02/ & 3/4/02 & 5/22/02 TALKED WITH MR. BODIFORD THE OWNER SAID HE WOULD HANDLE THE REPAIR. HE HAD A "ED DAVIDSON RETURN MY CALL.

AFTER WAITING SO LONG I LEMON LAWED THIS VAN. I FEEL UNSAFE DRIVING IN THIS VAN WHEN IT VIRATES SO BAD AND I FEEL LIKE I WILL RUN OFF THE ROAD. I PAID 38,995.00 FORD THIS VAN AND FINANCED ANOTHER 9,000 ON WHAT I OWED ON MY 2001 FORD KING RANCH, WHICH WAS ONLY 2 MONTHS OLD. I PUT 15,000 CASH DOWN ON TRUCK AND PAID 32,153.00 AND I LOST MONEY TRADING FOR THE VAN. THE TRUCK WAS WORTH 24,000 TRADE IN.

ON 6/17/02 TOOK VAN BACK FOR FINAL ATTEMPT TO REPAIR, THEY REPLACED MY ROTORS. A ROTOR WAS OUT OF ROUND. I ONLY HAVE 7600 MILES ON THIS THING.

THE HEAD MECHANIC AGREES WITH THE VIBRATION PROBLEM SO DOES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS MAN "ED DAVIDSON" AND BOTH SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT WANT TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE FOR PERSONAL USE.

(AGAIN I WENT BACK ON 6/20/02 HOPING THAT THE VIBRATION WOULD BE FIXED AND THEY SAID IT COULD NOT BE FIXED, THEY FAXED A REPORT TO FORD DEARBORN, AND FORD REPLYED THAT THE VAN WAS WITHIN THERE SPECS AND THAT THEY DID NOT FEEL LIKE ANYTHING WAS WRONG AND IT WAS DUE TO ROAD FEEL. I KNOW WHAT ROAD FEEL IS AND THIS IS NOT ROAD FEEL.

WHEN YOU HAVE THE HEAD MECHANIC AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS MAN TELLING YOU THESE VANS ALL HAVE BAD VIBRATIONS IN THEM AND THEY WOULDN'T OWN ONE WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE ME A DEAL BEFORE I GO THROUGH ARBUTRATION, WHAT A DEAL IT WAS ON A NEW ECUSION OR F250 TRUCK.

THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME 15,500 FOR MY VAN TRADE IN, THIS VAN IS LIKE A NEW CONDO INSIDE,LEATHER, TV, NINTENDO, 2 STEREOS, I PAID FULL PRICE FOR A 2000 IN NOVEMBER 2001. AND WENT IN THE HOLE ANOTHER 9,000 TO GET IT.

SO HERE ARE THE FIGURES THE WERE GOING TO GO BY TO GIVE ME SUCH A GREAT DEAL. THE SAID THEY WOULD TAKE A LOSS AND GIVE ME AN ECUSION A 40,935 VEHICLE. WELL THEY WERE GOING TO PAY WHAT I OWE ON MY VAN OFF 23,514.00 AND MINUS THE 15,500 WHICH GAVE ME AROUND 8,000 TO PLAY WITH. SO I'D HAVE TO FINANCE ANOTHER 35,000 TO GET A GREAT DEAL ON A NEW VEHICLE. WITH MY PAYMENT BEING 200.00 MORE PER MONTH FOR 7 YRS.

IS THAT A DEAL OR WHAT!! I'M RECOVERING FROM A DOUBLE MASETOMY BREAST CANCER AND MY BLOOD WORK THAT TRACKS MY CANCER IS HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD BE STRESS RELATED THE SAID. I JUST WANT MY VAN TO BE FIXED WHICH THEY SAID COULD NOT, I CAN'T SELL THE VAN, WHO WOULD BUY IT WITH THIS BAD VIBRATION.

IF I WOULD HAVE LET THEM TAKE THE TRADE IN ON THE VAN THEY WOULD SELL IT FOR AT LEAST 26,500. 1993 ARE GOING FOR THAT WITH 36,000 MILES OR MORE ON THEM.

I HOPE FORD WILL WORK WITH ME ON THIS. I WANT MY FULL PURCHASE PRICE BACK WITH TAX AND I WILL PURCHASE A MORE EXPENSIVE FORD. I JUST WANT A SAFE VEHICLE TO DRIVE.

I HAVE TO TAKE EVERYTHING I SAID BACK ABOUT JARRIOT BODIFORD FORD AND FORD MOTOR COMPANY. AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS TO BOTH COMPANYS THEY WITHOUT A PROBLEM REFUNDED ME MY FULL AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR MY VAN WITHOUT ANY FIGHT.

I HAD ALL OF MY PAPERWORK, ETC.., THAT I NEEDED FILED THE PROPER REPORTS TO FORD AND THEY CAME THROUGH FOR ME. I SHOULD NOT OF JUMPED THE HANDLE SO SOON.

THE DEALERSHIP WAS WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH NICE DOWN TO EARTH FAMILY PEOPLE.

SO BASICALLY WHEN YOU GET A BAD VEHICLE, IT'S NOT THE DEALERSHIPS FAULT IT WOULD BE THE MANUFACTURER THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT. THEY MAKE THE VEHICLE NOT THE DEALERSHIPS.

SO FORD BOUGHT MY VAN BACK NOT THE DEARLERSHIP. I HAVE TO DROP IT OFF AND SIGN THE FINAL PAPERWORK, AND FORD COMPANY IS PAYING MY LOAN OFF AND GIVING BACK MY DOWN PAYMENT, TAXES, MINUS MILEAGE USE ON THE VAN.

THEY WERE VERY FAIR AND I AM VERY HAPPY OF THE OUT COME OF THIS SITUATION.

I brought a 2001 Ford Focus. After a few months, we started having jolting and many other problems. The Ford were we purchased kept giving us the run a round. It turns out most Focus owners have had the same problem. We even sent the Michigan office a certified letter to which they signed for, yet says they never recievd it. We filed a lemon complaint but nothing has happened. Unfortunately, these problems still persists, it has been so bad that many time, I have almost lost control of the car.

Right before Memerorial Weekend, I took it in for the 15,000 mile maintenence. The only thing that they really did was change the oil. Upon returning home We found very bad gashed scratches, a dent on the back passanger door, and a dent on the hood (looks like a tool was dropped), the assistant manager their has refused to call us back. Their main office "Says" they took my complaint, but as I found in the past, they only put what they want. Ford has been getting away with pure incompitence for a long time. Maybe someday, the consumers will find someone that will stand up to them, so less people get screwed.
