Complaint Review: Jason Caine Holka of Kissimmee Florida

I have been having problems with Jason Caine Holka's mother since 2006 for internet harassment, cyberbullying and cyberstalking to the point that I tried to get a restraining order against her here in Rowan county,  North Carolina.  I obtained a temporary one against his mother but it was dismissed when I returned to court when the judge told me I needed to file criminal charges against her after she sent a questionable package to my home that was soaked in some sort of chemical that caused me to feel ill.  Since the letter was soaked in a "chemical" that leaked an odor and there was "substance" within the package,  the magistrates office in my area didn't want to expend the energy and money to extradite Jason Caine Holka's mother here to arrest her so I could file criminal charges against her.

Since the restraining order was lifted,  the harassment over the internet has tripled ten fold.  I became aware of the fact Jason Caine Holka was assisting his mother  (Sandra Faye Belk Bircheat Holka West..soon to be ex..Johnson) on August 5th or 6th, 2011 when several email was sent to me letting me know that he had registered my personal name through hostmonster, inc as a "domain name".  Not only had he registered my personal name with this company,  he registered multiple other domains that were similar to domain names that I use for my canine business,  Goldendoodle World.

Jason Caine Holka registered "Goldendoodlesworld";  "Doodlesworld" ;  "Doodlesplanet"  and my own personal name,  "Diane Gerrish".  All for the purpose of causing injurious harassment which has libeled me as a person and my business name, Goldendoodle World.  This individual and his mother,  Sandra Faye Belk Johnson,  have been working as a tag team to defraud people over the internet.

Jason Caine Holka and his mother created a malicious blogger account at http://goldendoodlesworld.blogspot.com for the purpose of libeling me as a person, my business name Goldendoodle World; making up fabricated content about my children and posting confabulated content about my life, military service and me as a breeder.

This twitter account http://twitter.com/#!/getitwhileucan2  is registered  to Jason Caine Holka's mother,  Sandra Faye Belk Johnson.  The entire twitter account has multiple malicious tweets that are meant to smear my name, for the purpose of internet harassment. 

The twitter account http://www.twitter.com/murbestfriend is either registered to Jason Caine Holka or his mother,  Sandra Faye Belk Johnson of 7414 Anstead circle Orlando Florida 32780.  The account also has derogatory "tweets"  posted that further libel me as a breeder and have posted links that go to the blogger account that part individuals are taking the responsibility for.

Jason Caine Holka or both individuals responsible for the blogger account http://goldendoodlesworld.blogspot.com posted an image of himself showing a sign that read,  "How do you like my domains ? ".  This indicated to me that Jason Caine Holka was taking full responsibility for the blogger account,  even though I knew originally when I viewed the blogger account on Aug. 5th or 6th, 2011,  the author's name stated their name was Sandra Johnson.

Some of the content posted on the "shared" blogger account is identical to a blogger account that Sandra Johnson had created at this link  http://mplayinthegame2.blogspot.com/  .   I filed multiple complaints with Google, inc about the same type of harassment including the fact Jason Holka's mother had posted my personal images on her blogger account...exactly what is going on at http://goldendoodlesworld.blogspot.com so they finally suspended the account.

I have filed 15 complaints against the above blogger account that Jason caine Holka is taking responsibility for with Google, inc.  On Aug. 8th, 2011,  I filed a BBB complaint against Google, inc because of this continued harassment and because Google, inc fails to abide by its own TOS policies.  I subsequently filed BBB complaints against hostmonster, inc; ICANN, inc;  TWITTER, inc and the other companies whom have been allowing Jason Caine Holka and his mother to defraud people over the internet by registering my personal name,  Diane Gerrish as a domain name and impersonating me for the purpose of scamming others with ads, libelous internet posted statements that cause injury to me as a person and to my business name Goldendoodle World.

Both individuals mentioned in this complaint are defrauding people over the internet by copying my business name logo that I have used for multiple years and creating fabricated email accounts as well as other accounts using my personal name and business names that mimic my business name,  Goldendoodle World.  They are posting untruthful claims, using either my images or other images they have copied that belong to others,  to misdirect the internet general audience toward statements that they, themselves,  have posted.  I am NOT affiliated with nor associated with any names or links that these two individuals are posting or creating in my name,  Diane (Dee) Gerrish or Goldendoodle World.  I am not associated with Goldendoodlesworld; doodlesworld; igoldoodles; doodlesplanet,  mydoodlesworld  or any name that mimics the names of my own business,  Goldendoodle World. 

Jason Caine Holka and his mother,  Sandra Faye Belk Johnson have created email under ymail, hotmail and gmail accounts ( which I have reported) pretending to be myself or my business, Goldendoodle World.  This is internet fraudulant impersonation. 

Jason Caine Holka and his mother,  Sandra Faye Belk Johnson are participating in the perpetuation of copyright infringement on a multitude of websites by copying my personal images and posting them accounts they have created for the purpose of harassment.

Jason caine Holka was arrested as a  tresspasser in the state of Florida.  He has an arrest record.  He was arrested in Polk County.  Both he and his mother attempted  to steal my mother's home in 2009.  My mother was diagnosed with dementia either in 2006 or sometime in 2007.  Jason Caine Holka and his mother have been taking horrible advantage of my mother since his mother obtained a questionable durable power of attorney from her in 2009.   

His mother moved my mother out of her home without warrant, put my mother into a nursing home and claimed the city of Kissimmee Florida had condemned my mother's home.  It was all a huge lie.  Jason Holka's mother then used thousands of dollars to renovate the interior of my mother's home,  telling the Orlando DCF's agency she was doing this renovation for my mother's benefit.  That was also untruthful.  She spent $5000 that belonged to my mother,  for central air and heat installation but wrote on the check "FOR Jason Holka".   Meaning,  the installation was for her son's benefit,  not that of my mother's.   My mother was never returned to her own home.  Instead,  when renovations were completed,  Jason Holka moved into my mother's home.  Jason Holka failed to finish paying for the air/heat installation hence,  the company placed a lien on my mother's home.

Jason's mother has a questionable durable power of attorney for my mother and obtained this POA in 2009.  The prior POA sent her a check for over $10,000.  Every penny of that money has been unaccounted for.  We do not know exactly what the money was spent on,  but I am aware that at least $5000 of it was spent on the down payment for the central air/heat installation.

Jason Caine Holka's mother tried to state that the lien was a contractor's lien.  That is untruthful.  I contacted the company whom verified the lien was placed upon my mother's home because neither Sandra Johnson or Jason Caine Holka finished paying for the installation as  agreed upon the verbal  contract.   The company filed a lawsuit against both individuals including my mother because she owns the house.  The problem ?  My mother has dementia and no knowledge any of this has been happening.

The Orlando DCF's agency sent my mother's case to the Kissimmee police department, Elders affairs department twice and recommended they follow through.   I have been harassed non-stop by Jason's mother since 2006.  His mother has denied myself,  my brother and other siblings to have contact with my mother since 2009.   She posts over the internet that she has stated we could have contact but her statements are untruthful.  I have every email the woman has ever sent to me.  I found out where my mother was going for day care and I called to speak with my mother at the day care.  I was originally told to call back and they would allow me to speak with my mother.  A woman with a british accent was very nice and said I could speak to my mother.  I happened to have been busy and didn't call back the following day.  A week later,  I did call back.  Suddenly there was an issue speaking with my mother because Jason Caine Holka's mother created an issue with the facility by telling them whatever she told them,  about me.  They assumed I would upset my mother if I spoke with her.  They told her she needed to bring them a copy of her POA.  I spoke with the director of quality assurance's asst. and found out the facility does not have any policy implemented with regards to the seniors whom go to their day care facility speaking to family members over the telephone.  Furthermore,  the issue the facility had,  came from Jason Caine Holka's mother telling the facility that she did not want anyone to have contact with "her" mother by telephone.  She further stated to them that her durable power of attorney allowed her to prevent family members from having such contact when in fact,  it does not.  Jason Caine Holka's mother made herself my mother's "care taker" and has refused to allow my mother's other children to have any contact with her and vice versa.  This is a violation of my mother's civil rights as a human being.

Jason Caine Holka has been helping his mother,  Sandra Faye Belk Johnson of 7414 Anstead Circle Orlando Florida try to steal my mother's home.  Jason Holka's mother did a quick claim deed of my mother's home TO him in 2009.  When I found out about this,  I notified the Orlando DCF's agency.  The supervisor told Jason Holka's mother that she could not do this and her son had to put the property back into his grandmother's name.  Jason Caine Holka then had to do a quick claim deed back to my mother,  Loraine M Evans whom owns the home in Kissimmee Florida that he and his mother were trying to steal out from under him.  Because I have been notifying the Orlando DCF's agency of their wrong-doing and staying on top of their wrong doing with regards to my mother,  both individuals have been perpetuating internet fraud in my both my personal name and my business name to cause aggrecious injury.

I hired an Orlando attorney so that I could go to court and put a stop to this nonsense going on because both of these individuals have been taking advantage of my mother.  They have caused substantial damage to me as a person over the internet and to my business name,  Goldendoodle World,  but I am going to attempt to put an end to what is going on with regards to my own mother,  Loraine M Evans.
