I, again offer to discuss your case with you.  I have e-mailed you directly to try and discuss  your case.  If your complaint had any validiity, why not discuss it with me?

You have accused me of stealing your money and not giving you anything.  You have accused me of running a crash accident scam with doctors at a pain clinic.  You have accused of telling people to fake their pains.  The list goes on..............................NONE OF IT IS TRUE.

ALL OF IT IS SLANDER.

Unfortunately, it is very easy for you to post these false claims.  Try backing them up with facts.   

Everything that has been previously written by the original author is 100% absolutely true!!  You will never meet DALLEY, you will never speak with DALLEY and he and his staff are running a huge scam.  I implore any other people he has harmed to make a complaint with the BBB and the Florida Bar.  He has to be stopped!!

Your complaint makes no sense.  On the one hand, I took your money and disappeared.  On the otherhand,  I settled your case and didn't do any work.  Both can't be true.  I can be reached at my office number which has not changed in more than 10 years. 

This is the same person who has made 2 complaints. 

In a personal injury case, I work on a percentage of the settlement recovered (33 1/3%), like all other lawyers in Florida.  You never paid me anything.  There are many factors as to the value of a case.  Damage to the car, prior accidents and injuries,  treatment, current injuries, medical bills and insurance coverage are a few factors.  The larger the settlement, the larger the legal fee.  My firm tries to maximize the value of every case.  Clearly, this ONE person did not like the setllement reached in the case.  Didn't bother to discuss that with me at settlement.

Rely on the thousands of satisfied clients.  Noty the ONE that makes this anonymous complaint.

It is hard to respond to a specific complaint without knowing if the person was really a client of mine.  WE all know from life experience that anonymous complaints  should be taken with great skepticism.  IF you are a client,  call my office to discuss the specifics of your case.  I am a busy lawyer, however any client can schedule a telephone conference with me if there is an issue with the case.

After a car accident, people get treated by doctors for their injuries.  Some have a personal injury case; some do not.  I run a law firm.  I have nothing at all to do with any medical provider.  Insurance company checks are paid directly to medical providers for the treatment of injuries.  They do not make medical payments to law firms.  Nobody from my office ever advised you or anybody else to "fake" their pains.  I deal with many chiropractor offices.  If somebody at a chiropractors office told you to fake your pains, your issue is with them -- not me.  Remember YOU said you never talked to me.

UNfortunately, not all personal injury cases are successful for this or any other law firm.  We sign a client to represent them.  We then investigate liability and insurance coverage.  If the other party is at fault and has bodily injury coverage (BI), we can pursue a claim.  If the at fault driver does not have bodily injury coverage (not required by law) then we look for uninsured motorist (UM) coverage on our client's vehicle or the car if they are a passenger.  

If there is no BI or UM coverage, The case is dropped.  And yes under this circumstance the DOCTORS still get paid under the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) portion of the insurance policy. 

The best I can tell from this faceless complainer is that there was no insurance coverage.  We expended our time and resources and recovered nothing.  WE don't seek reimbursement for those costs.  That is my risk of investigating a case. 

I have been practicing law for 16 years and have never taken a nickel that was not earned by my law firm.   THis is a baseless false complaint by one person who is upset because they received no "compensation."  They even saw fit to update the complaint in October.  If you are reading this,  rely on the thousands of clients who are extremely satisfied with the services provided  by my law firm .

THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WE ARE THE ONES THAT PAY THEM AND WE CAN DO THINGS TO GET BACK AT THEM LIKE REPORT THEM !!  WHICH I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO TO THE FTC AND BBB.  JASON DALLEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIGHT FOR WHAT WAS OWED TO MY WIFE AND I.  THEY PROMISE YOU THINGS THAT THEY WILL DO SO THAT YOU CAN HIRE THEM BUT ONCE YOU ARE STUCK WITH THEM, THEY PUT YOUR CASE ASIDE AND FORGET ABOUT YOU AND TELL YOU TO JUST SETTLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO ANY WORK.!!!    RUN!!!  DO NOT HIRE JASON DALLEY !!! HE NEEDS TO BE DISCIPLINED AND DISBARRED !!!
