In July of 2003 I bought a Casino website through eBay from a company called LilHost.com My contact person was Jason Gibson who is the owner of reptijs.com

The address of the Casino website I bought is http://www.zodiac-casino.us

If you go to lilhost.com you will find that zodiac-casino.us is actually for sale right now. Are they trying to sell the website I bought?

Jason promised that I would receive 100,000 unique visitors to get my website going. Which was not true.

Jason promised that the website was already online, already and making money. Which was not true.

Jason promised that I would be making money after 2-3 months. Which was not true. I've owned the site for well over 6 months now and have not made a cent.

Jason promised that I would be making $6,500/month after owning the website for a year and if I wasn't making at least $6,500/month they would send me 10x what I paid for the website which was $195.00 USD

The most the site has received in traffic within a month is 34 hits and it has yet to generate any income.

I Am Kelly Ifrah And I Am Not A Scammer

#12REBUTTAL Individual responds

I am writing in response to comment number 10 by Laura in Washington posted on 21st October 2006.

My name is Kelly Ifrah and I own http://www.kellyifrah.com. I am not French, I am British. I did not sell anything to this lady Laura. I do not sell websites by themselves and never have done. Owning a website is not enough to make you money. You need to ensure you are getting traffic through natural search or pay per click.

You can see testimonials of the quality of the work I provide from my clients on my main site http://www.onthenetdollars.com/testimonials

I ask that this libellous comment be removed from this site with immediate effect or I will be seeking legal advice as this is defarmation of character.

I just bought a website from Kelly last month for $349. She said I would make tons of money and wouldn't have to work any more. She never even delivered the website! She scammed me out of $350 bucks and who knows who else she has been scamming! I don't know if she is working with Jason Gibson or she is Jason Gibson in disguise.

I called my bank to charge back, but because she was smart enough to use paypal I cant charge back anything. What a scammer, now she wont even answer emails or reply to me.

She owns:
http://www.kellyifrah.com/

I found her profile and email ( ebooksgaloreplus@hotmail.com ) on this website:
http://www.tradedemon.net/forums/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=138

It seems she is the owner of that website also, I wounder how many others she is scamming. It looks like she is working with someone called "tradedemon" and his email is z_durrani@hotmail.com you can see here:
http://www.tradedemon.net/forums/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2

BEWARE, do not purchase anything or any websites from this french woman!

a web hosting company run and operated by different individuals

Adrian Kimmitt does not "run" or "operate" Blerb.com.

Blerb.com is a web hosting company run and operated by different individuals.

Yes Blerb.com can be found somewhere in his source, but that does not mean he runs it!

Adrian Kimmitt runs lilhost, AKWS.ca, AKWebsolutions.com. Jason Gibson might be an alias, or might be one of his cronies. He runs a male modeling site with photos of himself, not too smart if the Canadian law enforcement actually did something.. www.akimmitt.com
In the HTML source it lists some of the scam sites he runs:

GoldToss.com
SafeGold.net
AutoPaySystem.com
the11.com
Omsin.com
GuDesign.com
GeDot.com
eBKK.com
PhotoPause.com
Blerb.com
mibx.com
akwebsolutions.com
CalgaryData.ca
CalgaryPhotography.ca
17fx.com
pc20.com

He is the one responsible for all these problems. I paid him $120 in June of last year for candlesmells.com. He NEVER transferred the domain, the website, and he did not send supplier info.

He claimed to not know who I was, even though I had all the payment details in my paypal account.

BEWARE OF ADRIAN KIMMITT, LILHOST, AKWS, and AKwebsolutions!!!!

Another victim of lilhost

#12Consumer Suggestion

Fri, February 13, 2004

I am also the victim of www.lilhost.com
I was promised everything that everyone else was promised. My case also includes the purchase of a domain name. lilhost assured me that the domain name would be registered in my name. It is not. I am in the understanding that lilhost is selling domain names for icann. I would like my domain name in my name since I am the owner. I purchased the domain name and now lilhost will not communicate with me. They ignore my emails etc...Some way there is another persons name associated with this FRAUD. It is Tina Ruiz.
They addresss in California and Canada. Who are these people that is ripping us off? I paid $349 for the website and only $30.00 for the domain name. Now I am told by the internet FBI that if lilhost does not comply in transfering my domain name that the domain name will be shut down. Once again I am being punished. I hope lilhost gets what is coming to them.

As of right now ReptiJ's Distributors has filed Bankrupcy protection. So for you people that want to come after me for lilhosts lies. Good Luck.
AngiesPlace looks like just another affiliate of lilhost. Man some people will just say anything when they are wrong. Want to blame everyone but the real culprits lilhost just cause they cant get a reply from them. So go after the ones that are innocent.

Keep track of your lies ..Jason Gibson went back into business on E-Bay as Angiesplace123

#12Consumer Comment

Wed, February 04, 2004

I did research prior to posting here last week, and learned that Jason Gibson went back into business on E-Bay as Angiesplace123. I sent that seller an e-mail saying that I knew he was Jason Gibson and that he owed me a refund - the response I got was a link to this URL and a strongly worded assertion that "Angiesplace123" had no idea who Jason Gibson was, or me. Now he states right on here that it was HIM who sent me the link to this URL. He just got caught in another lie. The responses I got to my e-mails last fall came from Jason Gibson's e-mail address.
Reptij1 - who we sent our money to - Jason Gibson. Suspended by E-Bay.

Reptij2 - Jason Gibson. Suspended by E-Bay.
Angiesplace123 - Jason Gibson. Suspended by E-Bay after only a couple weeks as a registered E-Bayer.
My Paypal history states that my money was sent to Jason Gibson - not to Lilhost.com. Whatever the nature of the relationship between Mr. Gibson and lilhost.com, it is Jason Gibson who took my money and owes me a refund.

I never saw a dime of the commissions owed to me

#12UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, February 03, 2004

As far as you know that is what happened but in all actuallity lilhost has your money, I never saw a dime of the commissions owed to me. Also I forwarded all customer service emails to lilhost, because they have all their affiliates do that. So the reply you got was from them not me. But you are obviously one of those people that just wants to blame me for everything lilhost did to you, because they wont answer your emails. Whatever.

I have replied to all of your emails and sent you the url to the forum. But you would rather just try and argue with me. And if that is the way you want it you wont get a reply from me from now on either.

You do whatever you feel you have to do and dont get involved in the class action we are putting together against this fraudulent company if you dont want.

My lawyer assures me that I am not liable for lilhost lies.

I sent my money to Jason Gibson, not lilhost

#12Consumer Comment

Fri, January 30, 2004

OK, I'm confused. I sent my $349 last September to Jason Gibson, not to Lilhost. I asked for a refund from Jason Gibson (through his E-Bay store) when I realized it was not what it had been advertised to be. I got a response from Jason Gibson stating that he would not refund my money right away, but would refund ten times the purchase price after 12 months if it wasn't profitable. Then his E-Bay account was suspended, his E-Bay store was closed and my e-mails to him were returned non-deliverable. So what's going on here? I want a refund!

Hey Jason...

I tried emailing you and I didn't receive a reply. So I assumed that you were buddies with the people behind Lilhost.com

I would like to get my money back and a portion of what I should have earned.

Email me, you know it...

I am just the victim as well

#12REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sat, January 24, 2004

I am also a victim of lilhost. And I was led to believe by lilhost that what I was selling for them was legit. As it turns out it was all a lie. I tried to call them out on all of these claims you people have been making to see if they are true, and they turned around and did to me exactly what they have been doing to everyone else. Make up lies and ban your email address.

I was nothing but an affiliate. I did not build these sites or have anything to do with their scam.

But I am also very upset that this person would put my name up on this board like it is all my fault. I am Jason Gibson and Jason Gibson didnt promise these things LILHOST did. If you do a search on ebay you will see several lilhost affiliates using the exact same ad I used. It is provided to lilhost affiliates to sell their sites on ebay.

You can all call me if you want. I have lots of dirt on this company if you want to get a class action together on them.
