I was charged $4.95 for s.h. for a flash light online and then a extra $40.00 unauthorized charge to the same debit card. I received the flash light and it doesn't work. I want to get the unauthorized money back and help stop this from happening to other people. I am a senior and work @ night and would use the flash light for my own protection.
