The owner of Platinum Properties Investor Network Jason Hartman claims that he is an expert in real estate investing. However, he has many foreclosures and judgements in his personal name. I will provide a list of properties I found so far that he has lost. Jason Hartman is one of those people that will tell you anything to get you to invest in a property only to make his commission. The more money Jason Hartman can make on a property the better the deal is for his investors... He is in total conflict of interest with every property he sells because he only looks out for himself. I also did a legal search on him and found he is in many law suits around the nation with over six figure judgements against him. With legal bills mounting I assume the pressures to pay his legal staff are very demanding. Jason is in a desperate position to make money to pay these costs. Be very careful investing with him. He is 100% unstable with no morals and with the pressure he is under to pay bills LOOK OUT!!!

See below for a few of Jason Hartman's personal foreclosures, tax liens and judgments: Palms Hotel and Condo Vegas (resulted in a 116K judgement against Hartman) Foreclosed Canyon Springs at Westeimer Lakes sec 1 Bock 1 lot 73 (account number 22558010010730901) tax lien State of CA tax lien for $237.00!!! (can't even afford a $237.00 tax bill) HOA lien on property 24627 Cobble Canyon Lane Katy, Texas 77494 (amount of 1,993.70) 25930 Chapman Falls Dr Richmond TX 77469 Foreclosed Judgement for $25,000 in CA. filling number 20090032463 There are some other Jason Hartman foreclosures that I'm working on sourcing the information. I will post that when I receive it. Other very interesting links to Jason Hartman http://swanklife.com/contact-us/ (where Jason Hartman teaches guys how to become better womanizers) The Hartman Media company is listed as the contact. https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/organizations/203980390 (Where you can review tax returns for Jason Hartman's charity. I find it interesting that he has huge expenses most years and barely donates. Also, all the donations don't match the company mission statement).

The rebuttal in support of Hartman here are fake

The rebuttals in support of Jason Hartman here are FAKE. The first one says (first sentence), "This cannot be the same person I have HEARD of" and last sentence says "The Jason Hartman I KNOW of. Have you actually heard of him, or do you actually know him? Which is it? The so called investigative reporter is clearly fake. Why would an investigative reporter even care about this matter? Why would an investigative reporter have such a partial/biased view on the matter? I have, from a reputable source, that Jason Hartman has admitted in sworn testimony that he has posed as a reporter to try and legitimize the authenticity of his fake posts. I am sure this one is no different.

I am so confused

I am so confused. This cannot be the same Jason Hartman I've heard about.

How can you be 100% sure that it is him?

I highly doubt that this review is accurate. It sounds nothing like the Jason Hartman I know of.

Jason Hartman additional personal foreclosures

Why would you take the time to write this report if you were not on Jason’s payroll?  Truth is, if you were a real investigative news reporter you would be interviewing him on how his whole business model is a conflict of interest, his personal foreclosures and real estate failures.  Not to mention the Jason Hartman Foundation, which appears to have some seriously questionable financials.  Jason Hartman isn’t a genius of finance, money, or ethical decisions.  Jason Hartman’s downfall started in 2010 and will continue.  He is running out of people to push into his investment program.  Jason views these lawsuits as possible ways to squeeze people out of money that they don’t owe him.

As for the default on the Palms Condo the only default (case number 30-2014-00752691-CU-EN-CjC) is Jason’s.  The conflict of interest which you bring up is only relevant in Jason Hartman’s mind.  Based on Jason’s history of appeals the likelihood of him wining is equivalent to him finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, while holding a four leaf clover, and possessing the winning lottery ticket all in the same day.

I noticed you didn’t address Jason Hartman’s personal foreclosures.  That’s ok because I found a few more.

•810-816 Peach Tree, Lees Summit, MO 64061 (Jason’s personal foreclosure)

•Trustee sale on Arizona property that Jason owned.  Instrument number 20060453029

The facts about Jason Hartman

I’m an investigative reporter and I check this site daily for leads. I was surprised to read this anonymous John Doe, possibly phony, report about Mr. Hartman. I’ve actually done several stories about this and other cases with the American Arbitration Association, Palms Place Condominium, George Maloof and the arbitrator, Thomas G. Ryan, who is a lawyer with Lewis Roca Rothgerber, one of the nation’s largest gaming attorneys.

Mr. Hartman took Palms to arbitration over their default on a real estate deal but later found that the arbitrator, Thomas Ryan, had a serious, undisclosed conflict of interest. Mr. Ryan ruled for Palms and ordered Mr. Hartman to pay their exorbitant legal fees. The case is on appeal so there’s no reason for Mr. Hartman to pay as the appeals court may well overturn the judgment. I have the documentation and it is quite clear that he was railroaded during the arbitration process, as are hundreds, if not thousands of consumers each year. No thinking person would pay a bogus judgment that’s on appeal.
