Jason bid our commercial project and took a $3000 deposit for material. The interesting thing about him is that he compulsively kept in contact with us by text or phone, and then repeatedly no showed. We caught on pretty quick that it was a delay tactic. This guy is an over-communicator, of the compulsive or narcissistic variety. You know the type, crazy stories about hospitals and lost teeth and on and on. Anyway we sued him for $10,000 in damages and it will go on his record. My only advice is spend the $50 bucks a run a Radaris background check on him, I wish we had. Fraud, meth, evictions...a rap sheet a mile long - this is all on the public record and you can see it for yourself. These are the simple facts.
