Complaint Review: Jason Lift Machinery

Last March 2011, I ordered a trailer mounted boom lift from Jason lift machinery in China.  I sent a deposit of $4200 and then received an email that a part could not be located and was offered a refund.  I agreed and a week later was told it was sent. One week later, I still did not receive it and sent a email and was told next week it would be sent. Several days later. they sent an email that they can get the part. I told them to return my deposit as agreed, their response was"they will start production" 

I have not had my deposit refunded even though I have many emails saying they will.  In August, I received an email stating it was ready for shipping.  I had sent numerous emails telling a Mr Sead not to make the machine and to return my deposit.
