My fiance is hiring someone to do work at our home and found this report. She was stunned. Jay was a good friend of mine and she thought he was the greatest guy in the world (other than me). The other reports sound like jilted lovers which is usually Jays scam HOWEVER this man will take advantage of any situation and anybody that is in his life. If you are (male) friends with him he may "hire" you to help him with something legit and then never pay you. Personally he also stole items from my own house. He has NO family and NO friends because he has screwed over everyone in his life. Jay has been doing this since highschool and has not been caught yet.

I have had the displeasure of meeting Jason. 2500.00 dollars later, I wish I knew then what I know now. Man or Woman, He takes advantage of any and all situations. Do a google search of his name, an interesting Craigslist ad will show up. He is slowly being exposed. Check the Monroe County Dept. of Public Records Website, he has numerous judgements against him. Every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie, his tales are endless...Until recently he has never been caught, but even that, will not stop him or get him the punishment he deserves.

I have had the displeasure of meeting Jason, 2500.00 dollars later, I wish I known then what I know now! Man or woman he takes advantage of every and any situation. He is always looking for an angle. Do a google search of his name, and an interesting post from Craigslist will show up, also check out the Monroe County Public Records website, he has numerous liens and judgements against him...The worst part he has never been "caught" until recently, but even that isn't enough get him the punishment he deserves and more importantly stop him, so no one else is scammed.
