Saw this report and had to comment. This gym rat tried to do the same thing to my wife and me. Spent hours trying to talk us into investing in some real estate deals. Just didn't get a good feeling. We don't see him in our gym anymore, but I've heard stories from others that invested and got ripped off. Don't be fooled by his good old boy charm.
