moved in Argyle apts 20 months ago nothing but problems this last year jason mcillwain is the property manager for the building. i just want everyone to know about this property and especially this manager. we were 19 days late on rent its covid times we were threatened and told by jason he would not take our rent payment one hour later.
he text us asking for $1000 to make the eviction go away finally lowering it to $500 which we payed only later to find out he lied their was never an eviction filed have certified checks for proof of payment or extortion attempt i will add bc their never was an eviction filed.
so the following month the 6th of july he threatened us with eviction agin we paid that day as usual. he likes to argue and get loud and today on Aug 17 2022 we ask for two parking spots that were not tandem and recorded him this time as i already knew it wouldnt be long before he was threatening and raising his voice and again he threatened to evict me over asking for a parking spot.
so to anyone considering moving here let me save you the worst experience of your life when it comes to proprties and property manager.
