Complaint Review: Jason Russo World's Fair Lending Liberty One Capital

Jason Russo and his Father Stuart Russo are very well spoken men who claim they are the Mortgage industry savors. They claim to have offices all over the US. In fact Jason Russo is not even Licensed and does loans as a loan officer for other companies. That is how they steal your clients. Theyy act like a mortgage lender then take your client to another broker as a loan officer and process the deal. Robbing you of your hard commission and long hours of work. Well I fought them and won a judgement in court. They still refuse to pay what was ordered. These guys will do anything to get out of paying what is owed. Little do they know, I live 5.5 miles from Jason home and am very aware of all his activities. I will continue my flight to warn everyone in the mortgage industry. At this time I have 2 attorny Generals involved (CA and FL), department of corporations for DE, FL and CA as well as the BBB. I am now persuring fraud case against them as well as violations in the truth and lending act. If I can not get my money, I will make them use it in attorney fees, fax, ink, phone calls and wasted time dealing with me.
