MORTGAGE BROKERS BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY IS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR FRAUD!!
When I opened my account with eLeadz, I spoke with Scott "the Scammer" Kressin and specifically asked him if I was not satisfied with my service or quality of leads if I were entitled to a FULL refund less any leads purchased of my account balance to which he replied "of course. That is not a problem."
This was a complete lie!!
Once I got tired of their allegedly NEW leads that they were charging $30 a piece for that were actually clients that never applied or applied months ago, I asked for a refund and was hung up on twice and then once I finally got someone on the phone, they told me that there are no refunds. Scott Kressin and Jason Saul are liars and this company is a total fraud.
OLD leads being sold as new and or exclusive, terrible customer service and misrepresented refund policy. Complete Fraud! These guys will be arrested soon.
