jason scammed, took money and no support or returns emails. blocked all access to contact newark Delaware

I made the unfortunate mistake of trying Colton Randolph's program. It looked good when first released but had a few bugs. I am a lifetime member with unlimited stores when i signed up. i was member of his groups until, he blocked me from them all when i started asking questions about when program will be fixed. At the time it was a $500.00 elephant sitting on my computer. I wish I had done my research into this young man prior to trying this "Program" of his. I have politely but frequently tried to contact him through his support@ecomblitz.com with no success. I've sent him private messages through his Face book account with no luck and now blocked or deleted from private groups that was once apart of being a member of cartgrab. I've replied to him many times and have even kept all my correspondence to prove so, also with no luck. I've gone as far now to lodge a scam report with the internet FBI section of fraud.

 
 
 

 I do not know this individual nor have I ever met him so my actions are in no way vindictive or personal. I don't conduct business in this fashion and I'm not even in the same line of work as Mr. Randolph. I was interested in checking out the information he had to see if it would help me in my own business. I'm glad I do not operate myself or my shop this way. I can see that this is my last step to warn others not to throw their hard earned money away on such non-sense. Best of luck to you young man, you are going to need it.

I have also lodge complaint with Visacard them selfs and they will investigate as i have cancelled my c/card incase i get charged again
