My neighbor next-door introduced me to 2 contractors, Jason Smith [404-201-5872] and James Taylor [404-957-9573] to clean our gutters at a cheap rate of $68. Once done with my neighbor, they started mine and I paid them $68 in cash [exhibit#1=receipt]. I asked them to do some plumbing works in the house [exhibit#2 = e-mail exchanges James Taylor ?[taylorjw3475@hotmail.com]?; Jason Smith ?[bigjake2460@yahoo.com]?] on December 30, 2010. We agreed for $290 and they wanted the check to be paid to the order of Jason Smith rather than their in Law Company, saying they dont want the in Law to know what they are doing in parallel. I made the first check of $200 [exhibit#3 = cleared checked-2241 by Jason Smith the same day on 12/30/10] to buy materials and started the job. They replaced 1 bathroom faucet and it was getting late night. They were unable to fix the kitchen sink [bad materials bought not fitting] and were supposed to come back the next day to finish the job in the kitchen and 2 others bathrooms. I trusted them and made an additional check of $50 [exhibit#4 = cleared check-2242 on 1/4/2011] per their request; because they mentioned they needed to buy gas. They have abandoned the project and are not answering their phone [including the other line 770-696-0476] or returning my messages or not anymore responding to e-mails for days [exhibit#5 = e-mail trails]. They owe me $200 out of the $250 paid since the 1 bathroom faucet replaced was $50 [including materials + labor] based on the estimate provided by Jason Smith [exhibit#6= Jason e-mail on Monday, December 27, 2010 2:06 PM].

These 2 guys have an unsatisfactory record of using the company of their so called in law WILBUR MORGAN, JR ROOFING [exhibit#7 = photos taken of the company car tag BVF 8065 (Spalding) and door advertising, parking in my back yard while they were working].

Thanks for this third party [The website RipOffReport.com] in helping me spread the whole truth and nothing but the truth when you have been cheated or wronged.  I have to take some of these drastic steps to make customers aware of their failure to meet their obligations to me. People also need to know how these people work under some companies name to make a living. I have no other choice but to start with this site posting negative feedback comments to warn innocent consumers. These guys deserve what's coming to them. Now that they havent finished the work, if they dont return my money [$200], I'll go on a next step rampage involving the customer claim court for a legal action.
