Complaint Review: Jason Smith @ The Chrome Shop

I purchased a chrome clutch cover for my Hayabusa from this theif off of ebay. He contacted me and told me that I could send him my stuff to be chromed or I could pay the core charge and he would send me parts immediatly and my credit card would not be charged unless i didnt send the parts. I sent my parts in and there was 261.00 charge on my card. Sent several emails with no reply. Finally got ahold of him on the phone and he denied ever telling me that. Wouldny give me my money back and gave me in store credit instead. Finally agreed to let him chrome my calipers for the in store credit. Sent them in. Heard nothing. Tried to tell me I was trying to scam him by not providing the right credit card info. Finally came down to me searching the internet and finding out his real name and location and threatening him with a visit. He finally sent my calipers.
