The picture shown below is the face of this nasty scammer from Cameroon "Tazem Francis", the one who has created this bogus report on RipOff Report in an attempt to victimize an innocent person. Nobody on the planet is going to send a real rough diamond to a prospective client in another country via TNT. The idea is utter nonesense.
Cameroon has a very minor diamond trade which started in 2010 and is owned by Korea. Nobody, but nobody on B2B websites like Alibaba has ANY diamonds in Cameroon. It is impossible and all are scams.

The person depicted below is a liar, cheat and fraud. He uses RipOff Report to victimize people that he has tried to cheat.

It so surprises every one that JASPAL BILKHU i a scammer. Every one trying to protect him as if scamming  was for Africa. Why will Jaspal Bilkhu not defend himself because he knows deep in his heart he scammed.

You should be ashamed of your self to say picture was taken on 12/05/2009. It should be understood that pictures properties depends on the camera settings. Why does picture date goes in line with shipping date and delivery date if not real picture?

The original poster is a scammer from Cameroon who attempts to sell diamonds via B2B websites to unsuspecting victims.  When a victim finds out they have been or are about to be duped, the scammer threatens the victim and posts utter codswallop on the internet.

Everything in the rebuttal made by Dodobird is true and factual, and I am 100% behind the rebuttal of this low-life from Cameroon.

The original poster is a thief, liar, cheat, fraud and scammer.  He is a low-life who victimizes innocent people, he is scum.

The photograph given as evidence if itself a FAKE.  The image contains evidence against the poster that anyone can see. Note the date written on the image, it says 2/11/2010.  Yet the actual image contains the following embedded proprties:-

I will make it short and simple, if you think about sending any of the listed above people any money upfront, think again. They will get the money faster than you can believe and never talk to you again. They say they have jewelry and will send a sample, or try to get money for a sample, any way to get money up front. It was the first hard lesson I have ever had to learn, I even told him he could keep the money if he would just be honest with me, but this man didn't even have an ounce of gratitude to thank me for a gift since I knew it was a scam, well it was worth the gamble just in case he turned out to be the man he led me to believe he was. All I have learned is he is a lying, cheating, deceiving, bad person with a sidekick in crime.

i would like to advise all people on the net to watch out for a francis jong or koel jong. in the city of limbe. He has a company called forever stones limited and pretends to sell rough diamonds.
i paid the gentlman approx $800 dollars. and week goes buy and he has sent nothing. he calls to advise that stopped and we must pay kpc so pay a further 200 pounds. and nothing. his phone rings out and doesnt reply to email.
cheekily he writes back hahahaha. on trade forums so i want people to know never ever deal with this man MR JONG. he may change name. He calling himself johan martin at moment but this is a fraud at the highest level. PLEASE BE AWARE.
