Javier Manjarres from Shark-Tank.net took $10,000 from me for political advertising for a new political campaign I was engaging in, and I never heard from him again. He promised me that I would get advertising on his website and negative blogs about my opponents. 2 Weeks after I paid him, the communication got scarce. His phone number that I would reach him on is disconnected. I email sharktank411@gmail.com and get no responses. I'm very upset about this and don't know what to do, if I should call the Attorney General or what.

This is an utter joke.
Looks like anyone that want to put up just any lie can do so on this site.
First of all, the author of this complaint does not even exist.
When did the author "engage" this phony campaign?
What was the form of payment? If he furnished a check, then surely he has the cancelled check as proof, right?
If he paid in cash, then he can describe the meeting, location, denominations used, right? (Easy to make up stuff on this question, but what about the other questions?)
How long was contract that was worth $10k?
What phone number did he call? Post it here.
Can the author supply these made up emails communications sent? Post them here.
If the author is so upset, why hasn't he filed charges? We advise him to call Attorney General Pam Bondi, I am sure she would get involved.
So what is it going to be? Let's see some proof, or is the author as big of a coward as he has already proven to be? Answer is yes.
