Neighbor was having a new driveway with pavers installed. They crew came over to my house asking if I had work for them. I showed them what I wanted done in my yard. He wrote up a contract with deposit and final payment agreements. I gave Javier Munguia a check for $1,000.00 deposit for materials and he was to start the job the next day and he never showed. I have called him, texted him and he wont answer. He ripped the neighbor off for over $3,500.00. The Attorney General in Arizona is investigating and I will pursue this further to make sure he doesnt rip off anyone else.
