Complaint Review: Jay F Brown Brown Law Offices PA

In my opinion as a college educated professional and business owner with no-zero criminal record, who has hired over 20 business attorneys over the last three decades, Jay F Brown at the Brown Law Offices PA in Scotsdale, AZ and as a public defender for the City of Phoenix - is one of the most sinister, two-faced, phony, LYING, UNETHICAL and DISHONEST "lawyers" I have ever met. Jay F Brown is the kind of guy that will take your case and tell you what you want to hear, look you in the eye, ask you what you want to accomplish and how you want to proceed (tactics and stategies) - so far so good right? - BUT THEN - IN PRACTICE - IMPLEMENT the tactics and strategies HE WANTS TO WITHOUT FIRST securing THE PERMISSION of the client. YES, in my case Jay said he was going forward with the plan we agreed to and then JAY BROWN did something COMPLETELY different whiich I opposed, which is A CLEAR and direct violation of the ethics rules of the State Bar of Arizona, which require that every AZ attorney take the approach the client requires-demands (as long as that approach is legal and ethical - mine was) OR ELSE not take the case or resign. Jay did neither. When I disovered JAY BROWN violated his ethics rules and breached his fiduciary duty to me I fired him in person, I immediately emailed him the same firing notice and called his office and left the same info with his office secretary, so that I would have a clear three-prong paper trail of his firing. What did Jay Brown do next? He continued to fraudulently pass himself the next day off to a key police officer, a witness, the Phoenix Court and the Judge and likely others I am still unaware of, as my attoprney AFTER he had been fired. In addition, he even conducted a police officer and witness interview with the two KEY parties in my case, which under common practices dictates CANNOT be redone once completed. Let me state this again: JAY F BROWN knowingly, willfully and maliciously conducted and screwed-up, TWO separate key witness interviews using the priveleged inside information I previously gave him and then intentionally, willfully and maliciously screwed up the interviews so pay me back for firing and embarassing him. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNETHICAL. PURE EVIL!
