In April of 2003 our company was offered a contract for $17,280,000.00 annually with sales of $960,000.00 the first year through December 31, 2004.
Globie was obligated to produce several products including: A national safety hotline for children, a book for children, a DVD for children, and provide professional costumes of our characters for live events. This was a cost of over $250,000.00 to Globie not including major time commitments.
The initial contracts were drawn up for Globie by Jones Waldo of SLC, Utah and the license agreements for Globie were to be completed by Dwyer Smith Christopher D. Curzon of Omaha, Nebraska.
A principle from Layton Christian Academy Chris Crowder wrote a check to Dwyer Smith for the license of Globie products for $21,500.00, the check bounced! Subsequently the license agreement was never completed and the contract was breached. However, we had already produced and delivered certain product to the organization. The products sat at the Layton Christian Academy for weeks and NO attempt was made to market the products. We eventually picked the product up and terminated our relationship with them because of the HOT check and their NOT attempting to market the products and make things right for their wrong doings.
Neither Dwyer Smith, nor Jones Waldo made any attempt to help us recover the losses. But, Dwyer Smith did hold Globie responsible for the check that was presented to them by Mr. Crowder. Foolishly, we paid $10,000.00 to the firm and requested the check for collections. Dwyer Smith reported that they had lost it? We are no longer represented by Dwyer Smith or Jones Waldo. We were advised that it was highly unethical for Dwyer Smith to hold our company responsible for a check that was given them by a third party of which we had no control or management over! They pulled a fast one on us for $10,000.00!! And for the church organizations stated herein, no one has ever made an attempt to help us with our huge losses caused by their dishonest business actions! We asked and they refused.
So if you are ever offered business from Chris or Dr. Mike Crowder, The Layton Christian Academy, The Associations of Christian Teachers and Schools, or The Associations of Christian Schools, our advice is to run fast.
When it comes to Christianity and Honesty, we wouldnt recommend this organization(s) for teaching concepts of righteous living or avenues of personal salvation!!!

I have known Mr. Ottis for years. I also know you. Mr. Ottis almost lost his business after your making bad promises, writing a $21,500.00 HOT CHECK to his lawyers at Dwyer Smith in Nebraska and stiffing him with losses of nearly $150,000.00 in loans that he made to produce a Kids Hotline, Produce show costumes, and create numerous materials that you needed from him for your multi-million dollar BS contract, promised by your CHRISTIAN folks and associates.
The person that he barrowed from to recover from the losses that you caused, ridiculed a Scientology Group in Hollywood as a cult and snuffed a potentially huge deal. I have also read the contracts, seem the materials, talked to the lady and to the Scientologists.
Did you know that one of his attorney's Mr. Drake had charges pending against this person? Mr. Ottis stopped his action and the person came after him 31 months later.
Did you know that the Utah Department of Securities is under investigation by the Utah House of Represenatives and the Utah State State Senate ?
Did you know that a former Senator an attorney for Mr. Ottis has addressed the exaggerate and false press that was published by the SLC Tribune?
Did you know that Mr. Ottis paid all of the notes off in full that you refer to. He also accepted the blame for attemptig to sell unregistered securities. The documents that he used, provded by his Utah attorney were in fact security agreements, however, he was not advised they were. His new Utah attorney's let him in on the truth about the documents. He would not have enterd into contracts knowing that he was breaking laws. But, he does not hold anger toward Utah, he stood up for his wrong doings.
Bottom line, his products are over the top in quality and his hard work has not stopped. You need need to practice what your daddy preaches. Jesus Christ was the son of God and men lchastised him and perpetuated hate towrd him until in the end an entire village stood by as he was slaughtered!
You are attacking a man who's honor is being defended by people in the know who have all the facts.
I am sure that the truth hurts,but don't use Jesus to buffer your wrong doings.
