Complaint Review: Jay Pratt's Emperor's Elegance

I purchased formal slippers on November 27 and my credit card was charged immediately, The price stated on their website is $125 per pair plus $11.67 shipping. The charge to my credit card is $175 for the slippers and $11.67 shipping or a full fifty dollars more.

I e-mailed the company immediately after checking my statement and did not hear back. In that e-mail I cancelled my order due to dishonest practices by the company (false pricing). Subsequent to my initial e-mail, I have sent two others on December 2 and December 7 and still no response. I have notified my credit card provider and disputed the charges due to incorrect pricing. I expect a full refund, immediately.

Finally, Jay Pratt's or Emperor's Elegance, whoever they are need to be dealt with in accordance with their dishonesty.
