Complaint Review: Jay's Plumbing Services

This company was sent to my mother's house by her warranty company. Two plumbers showed up to fix her toilet. While they were there, they stole my mother's diamond ring. Luckily, she was able to discover the theft shortly after they left. Long story short, the authorities were involved and the ring was recovered from the employees whom turned out to be the owner's son and good friend. To add further embarassment, one of the plumbers was arrested on my mother's property for the theft and outstanding warrant(s).
