I signed a sales agreement with Teleteria, Inc. on May 18, 2010 for a web site called peepingtomshotel.com and a second sales agreement on May 21, 2010 for a web site called betterthanvegas.com. Included was the option of purchasing Search Engine Submissions which I also purchased.
After examining the web sites more closely, I found that my name was not on either of them as the owner or as the Custodian of the Records of peepingtomshotel.com. I was also disappointed to find that there were links to pages that didnt go anywhere. The design quality of peepingtomshotel.com was good but it is only a template and the quality of betterthanvegas.com was not what anyone would accept for the price that was being asked for. These sites were also supposed to be complete. There were also problems with obtaining services over the phone and on Saturday night, May 22, 2010 I called Bank of America/MasterCard and it was recommended that I close the credit card account and wait for a new card to be issued.
Since then more money has been taken out of the closed credit card account and I am disputing the charges with MasterCard/Bank of America and have contacted the Better Business Bureau in New York regarding Jay and Teleteria, Inc.
I have received emails and listened to voicemails from Jay Servidio requesting that we talk. He has made an insignificant offer of the ownership of the domains and for free hosting for 6 months. In his last messge stated he wants to talk. He wants to talk but he doesn't seem interested in listening.

why can he get the cops on me for trying to get my money back if i email him again they will charge me so send him lots of email so he can call the cops on him self it looks good on him so they get know what a con he is hes and if they hear more form him they will not listing to him and they will put the a*s in jail where he will be and his wife and the gange he made to take all of us for are money.so put him on the news and the news papers so the people will know who he take you for all the money you have so lets take him down for all hes money and he cant make anymore thats the way to get him back do you think thats right i do lets get him in his pocket where it will hurt him ahah .

First and foremost, I am sorry you got ripped by this crook and his worthless counterpart. If I were you, I would file the complaints that I have listed that the FBI checks. Yes, the FBI is still looking at this crooks scheme and one day we will see him in jail.

He is not going to deal in any way that benefits you and when he doesn't get his way, he goes south on every customer. The domain names that he supposedly led you to believe were yours, are his and he owns the site, not you. It has been proven over and over again that his sites are cookie cutter trash with below standard content and he does not even own the content. He leases the content and you could have done the same, for less.
I would search the internet for complaints and as you will find, there are allot of us out there that have been ripped by servidio, but his only defense is we are disgruntled customers, which is quite the contrary. We got ripped, had professionals look over his sites and every webmaster had the same information to offer about servidios sites....they are trash and you will never make a dime. It was proven on GFY that he is a crook.
On another note, he still owes us close to 9K and he kept the sites and resold them.
I will follow up on this and contact the DOJ to get his name on the list for inspections as I feel his 2257 documents are not in order.
Jay, you days are numbered you worthless idiot.

Hey buddy, don't buy into the threats made by this idiot sevidio. He has ripped you, I and about 68 other people to date. This guy is nothing but a scam as well as his company and his wife carol servidio.
We are still working on having this guy thrown behind bars and his day is coming.
If anyone is thinking of doing business, think once more. This business of his is a rip off, it has been proven on many adult forums.
If you take a look at the threats he just made towards this person, it will give you a very good idea of his less than professional disposition.
Jay, your day is coming and we are all going to have a good time watching you, your wife and anyone else invloved with your scam thrown in jail.
