After working extremely hard for 20 years, I was downsized from corporate America and also suffered from a pinched nerve that should have awarded me disability, but didn't. I had been out of work for almost a year when I recieved an email from Teleteria.

I turned to Jay Servidio as a way to make enough money to not only live independently, but to allow me to get my retirement plan back to a high enough level to retire in the next ten years. And also help with the three boys who are getting ready to enter college. I knew there would be some tough marketing, but at least it was porn, something I felt for sure would sell.

The first issue I had was he also set up a gambling site for me. Right after that, he informed me that there was a law on the books banning online gambling in the US, for now. Instead of refunding my money as I asked, he dupped me into another adult site.

By the time I was done, I was in over $10,000. This was the last of any money I had to live on. I finally contacted a lawyer to look over the contracts. He said it would take more than $10,000 just to go through them thorough enough to see if they are in compliance with all state and federal laws.

I would suggest anybody who even remotely considers doing business with Jay Servidio, get a lawyer to look over his contracts and give no money. Contradictions exist within all of his contracts. The biggest item to note is that He (Teleteria) have no risks if someone takes you and your business to court.

This client was not duped. At the time he came on a law changed and we were not able to provide a gaming site. I offered him the adult site instead and he agreed.

The fact is that now we do provide these sites hosted offshore.

But again here we have a client who did not market their site.

We run a very simple model here, client puts down his deposit, site is built, client accepts site and pays balance. During this time and after this time our marketing department in in contact with the clinet as am I to make sure that all is well and there are no issues.

Instead of contacting an attorney he should have spent his time on linking his site and making money.

For the record if this client wants to make a profit with his site we will put it back online for him and help him. He never sent me any emails about contacting a lawyer or having a problem. This is one of the efects of reading posts on the ripoffreport, some people dont even contact me, they just cancel.
