Complaint Review: Jay Servidio @ Teleteria

Actually you see I did not have to pay the owner of this web site a dime to post my complaints against Jay Servidio. Nor did I have to pay the owner of this site a dime to read the other members comments. I have spent zero dollars or cents on anything that has transpired here.

So here we have Jay Servidio blatantly flat out lying to John Q public when he critisizes the owner of this site. And secondly he cries about unfair? It is unfair that somone who has been RIPPED OFF and ROBBED for their hard earned money has a place to go and voice the wrong doings of the LYING THIEVES at the company where they lost money and got nothing in return and were told to go screw themselves when they complained.

I would excpect that sort of comment from some Communist. No you should have the right to screw The People in private without the world seeing you for what you are. Well you know what. I served with special forces in Somalia. I have fought, killed and risked my life for the rights that protect our freedom of speach. But who could expect anything more from someone like you.

I have a State agency that has a web site for disatisfied customers to lodge complaints agains me at, which could result in me losing my license. In the entire time I have been in buisness I never had one complaint.

The search engine company we use failed to market your site so we gave you a refund. Period.

Teleteria designs sites for hundreds of people all over thw world every year for 10 years, I count three people on this board who have actually done business with us and failed.

Did you enter into this to make profits or to whine on some random board? Anyone on earth can post any negative words they want about any company on earth on this site. Where is the fairness in that? To what purpose? Someone posted to this site who has never even done business with me or my company and the owner of this site saw fit to post it.

Wow not much of a response there Jay. Especially considering that part of youre advertising campaign is marketing. Marketing I paid you for and you did not carry through on after having my money for marketing for four months.

Plus the fact that the other "marketing " you are saying I did not do was hooking up to Lniks you provided of which half were dead, and some contained sites with kiddi porn that I did not want to be associated with.

You blab about how innocent you are and what a great company teleteria is, but why are there sooooooo many people out there saying the exact same thing. And why cant I have my money back? You promised me the moon and did not deliver, and when I complained you shunned me and threatend to physically assault me.

The bottom line is that I have Money, I have assets, I am not some broke struggling person trying to start a buisness with nothing. Like the majority of the people you have ripped off.

I am a housing developer. That does not just happen over night. It took me 12 years of breaking my back with manual labor (digging ditches, busting up concrete, packing lumber) to get to where I am at today. Somone who is not willing to invest themselves in what they are doing does not get to where I am at today. I have that attitude toward everything I do.

The fact of the matter is that I went into a buisness venture with Jay Servidio promising me the world. I had all the money I needed to make it past his hidden costs he hit me for, which is his front line for breaking people entering this industtry whith little to no money. And I did everything he told me to do except link to sites that were dead or contained child pornography. The ultimate factor in us parting ways was that Jay just blatantly ran out of lies and excuses for not doing what he promised. I could not continue to do buisness with him because all the money in the world wasnt helping and donig everything he said was not helping.

I ultimatly asked for a refund (which no one would ask for if Jay deliverd what he promised) and was told to go screw my self. After which I contacted the FBI because taking money for goods and services over the internet and not delivering is a federal offense. They told me I had a case but needed to get more people saying the same thing to make it stick.

When I told Jay what was going on he called my house and left a message on my answering machine cussing me out and theatening to physically assault me at the next trade show (how professional is that?). After which I returned his message and informed him that he had just left evidence on my answering machin of Terrorist threats, which is a felony offense in the state of California. I then promptly recieved a refund for the money he stole from me for "marketing" but was still left $3,500. in the hole with nothing to show for it.

After my last post Jay called my home again after being told not to, and once again threatend and harassed me. This time with a Slander suit.

Jay I have money, I have assets, you have no excuse to make up for not following through on youre threats. Bring it on!!!!

I also have a cd of "my site". That cost me $3,500. and contains garbage that three individual web site developers told me was trash and was pointless to edit that they would be better off starting from scratch.
