To Robert and anyone else who has been ripped off by Indigo Ventures:

I reported them to the Colorado Attorney General and you should too. They have acted very quickly on the complaint and, as of Oct. 23, began sending letters to Jay about my complaint. Perhaps if they receive several complaints, they will look at the situation more closely. Go to http://www.ago.state.co.us/consline/consline.cfm.html and click on "Consumer Complaint Form" to file it directly with the Attorney General's office. Also, obviously, dispute the charge with your credit card company asap.
