Complaint Review: Jayco & RV Connections Dothan AL

I purchased a 2021 Jayco Jay Flight 174 from RV Connections Dothan AL the second week of September 2021 and immediately started having problems with the sensors (showing constant full state) in the black and gray holding tanks while transporting back to Georgia. I contacted RV Connections in Dothan AL and told them this but they were unhelpful. Jayco will not honor the warranty because they said it was a lack of maintenance on my part (note: I hadn't used the RV toliet at this point). I am expected, by Jayco, to use my out of pocket money for the repair.

The RV has been in the repair shop in Woodstock GA since Nov. 5, 2021 so I have used the trailer for a total of 2 weeks.
