On 3-23-2003 Jayne Lablanc (CDL# N0553929) purchased a 1997 Subaru from me with the license plate #4SDV345. Jayne La Blanc signed a "Bill of Sale Agreement" which stated the following: By signing this statement I understand that this vehicle is "Salvaged" and I fully agree with the above written agreement/statement. She purchased the vehicle for $5300.00 and has an outstanding balance of $1400.00 which she refuses to pay and I have a letter frome her stating that.
