When i was trying to order a set of Seagate 7200.7 80gb Harddrives that i can run a quad-raid 0 set up, i looked around the internet and found a place that carried them for quite cheap. JazTechnologies seemed to be legit, although when searching for any reviews or anything of their services nothing shows up, but they had a phone number and an email. They listed sponsors from Seagate, Western Digital, etc. etc. so it seemed reputable. As i ordered the drives, i specifically requested NEXT DAY delivery since i needed them for work and the like since i wanted the faster access and more HD space.

I placed an order on Saturday October 27, 2007 with my credit card and read that "all orders are usually sent out within 1 day of placing the order. You can check the status of and order anytime here on the site or calling our customer care line." So i figured okay, at least i know when its going to ship or whatever. Well that wasnt the case. Monday comes around, nothing is there. Mind you the area which the business is in comes from a 818 (San Fernando) area and i live in the greater Los Angeles area, so shipping shouldnt be a problem. Tuesday, same thing.

I called the number given on the website numerous times, yet i get the same recorded message saying that "all representatives are busy 'assisting other customers'" Like what OTHER customers? At any point in time i can call that same number and get the same message, whether it be 4pm, 11pm, 6am, 3am, apparently they're getting so flooded with calls, they simply have to run the business 24/7. I dont buy that.

Another problem point was the "online live help" which on the website says "Want live help? Live OFFLINE help" Wait, i thought it was online?? Could be a typo, or the site was put together by someone who overlooks errors like that. Well there ISNT any online help. NONE. Anytime you want to have this so called "live" help, there arent ever any operators available to give it. Not only that, I've emailed tons of messages to the sales, and customer care centers, yet, i havent recieved ANYTHING, not even an automated response saying my letter was recieved. Something doesnt seem right. Any professional business would give you the courtesy of a call or an email to help settle the dispute. They have not.

Ive already been charged over $120 for an order ive never recieved. I simply do not understand why I've been left in the dark. Its quite frustrating to have to wait over a week for a product you should have recieved the next business day. I paid nearly 30 dollars extra for that service. Another thing is, "all sales are final", but i have yet to recieve ANYTHING. So basically, they get away with over $120 and i get nothing. And if i ever get anything, im subject to a restocking fee of 15% and i get a replacement or something else in return.

What a deal right?
