i contracted with jim bond to ship a pool table from canaan, new york to plymouth, pennsylvania. we agreed on a price and i wired him the money to new york.he did deliver the pool table but we noticed some flaws..i agreed on paying him an additional 1000 dollars cash to fix the legs..repair pool sticks..buy new antique bolts..which i had to send him an additional 250 dollars..so after spending an additional 1250 dollars..i havent seen jim nor heard from him..he has my cue sticks..my bolts..and my money...
