JBC Law & Associates Ripoff, Trying to claim money for a check thats been cleared nearly 10 years. Bloomfield New Jersey
I've now recieved many phone calls from this company claiming that I bounced a check from Ames 10 years ago and now they are trying to collect the debt owed to them... The person whom I spoke with and argued with said it will go on my credit report if I dont pay NOW!!!
I asked for more information on this, never got. If the check was still outstanding it would have gone on my credit report already... They seem to want all the information from you but fail to give you all the information you ask for to expidite this matter...
I can not believe their in business nor can I believe that credit agency companies allow them to post fraugilent matters on someones credit report without researching the matter... I even spoke with NCO and gave them all my info and they claim that JBC has the wrong person and they should not be harassing me...
If there is someone that can help me get rid of these people I have all the names phone numbers and information needed to prove they are NOT A LIGIT COMPANY.....

Noelle-you are not the only one who has been a victim of this scam---these people are good. They know how to scare consumers into paying money that most of them probably don't even owe!! Do a search of JBC on this site and google it as well...they have several lawsuits against them and have done the same thing to a lot of people-including me...good luck!
