JBC Legal Group, P.C. ripoff Bloomfield New Jersey
Today my husband got a letter in the mail stating that he bounced a check at Pizza Hut in 1998. He called the 800 number and got a person. My husband then gave them some information and the person on the other line said to hold while he/she got or opened the account. Then the line went dead. He redailed and the automated system stated to call during normal business hours. I went to Google.com and input the title of the company( JBC Legal Group, P.C.) and that is when I found your site.
We plan on calling a few more times, but we are not paying

Hello Dawn, and sorry to hear this. I wrote to Peter's complaint before seeing yours so I'm copying and pasting what I told him:
I am a consumer lawyer in Raleigh and I have dealt with JBC. I'll be happy to sue them for you; indeed, I'm looking for class action plaintiffs. Or if you want to settle, they generally cave-in as soon as suit is filed, and THEIR checks are always good.
Since you're in Fayetteville, that's great, because I have a lot of business in Cumberland County, and very recently I represented an Army officer at Bragg who they were hounding for a fake check. I can't say how much the settlement was, but I'd like to do it again!
To help immediately, I have their back-office number and Marv Brandon, one of the names on JBC's letterhead, knows me all too well. If I call him, he will remove your name from the system on the spot.
