...dedicated division has its own set of rules, different and less than, from the 'Jbhunt drivers handbook'. Jbhunt requires dedicated drivers to sign&accept the divisional contract upon date of hire. The problem for me was that the Fleetmanager's ability to require me to perform certain 'unpaid' duties that are contrairy to the 'walmart dedicated drivers contract'.

Nothing new there (this is trucking at the fleet level) Problem #1, I was dispatched into a town... dropped load and waited for a total of 56 hrs before next work assignment!-was unpaid-,(i personally lost revenue of minimumly $300) The excuse used: "freight is a little slow". Problem #2 SHORTHAUL I was under work assignment (500 mile load), and the assignment is unexpectedly pulled and a new one replaced it (33 mile load) and shorthaul pay -was unpaid-,(i personally lost revenue $120) The excuse used: "we never pay shorthaul".

Problem #3 IDLEAIRE SVC @ TRK STOP -was unpaid- even after the Fleetmanager approved the expense, and the reciept was properly submitted for remimbursement, (i personally lost revenue of $26). The excuse used: NONE. by the way...the "iso officer" is the fleetmanager and there is no recourse, i had a call in to 'his boss'...'his boss' finally replyed 3 days after i had quit.
