We were notified by Edison that our Solar panels were malfunctioning.We called JBT and talked to Bob Tillinghast (owner), Mike Shin (general manager) and Daryl (project consultant)about the problem at different times.They promised to sent a technitian out to analize and fix the problem. Our 1st contact to JBT was  in March 2012 . Between my wife and myself we have tried over 15 times to get them to send someone out. On April 18,2012 we went to there office. I talked to Mike and he promised that he would sent someone out within the nexy couple of days,he said it was probably a blown fuse in the converter box. Did not happen.On April 25,2012 I sent a text to Mike with no response as of today June 5,2012.The system has not been operating for  a year yet. Per the contract we are under warranty.
