Week later and hours on phone with Alpine, the subs were hooked up wrong and out of phase. Wires to subs were falling off. Had to argue with Joe to get my truck back in. An installer with a clue fixed the wiring problem in 15 minutes. Days later I realized my stock parts were missing. Picked up my head unit then called next day talked to Joe about replacing my missing parts. He says he didnt lose the parts and called me a Jackass on the phone. I just hope no one else gets ripped off like I did. It doesnt get any worse than this.
