First, we got slammed with some kind of family fun rewards plan or something like that. What I remember was the $7.95 a month and it was not fun to get it removed. We had to argue with them (terrible service). I refused to pay it as I never signed up for it. Then they took their sweet time removing it so much so that they charged me late fees and lowered my credit limit.

Here's the kicker. They sell your info to the worst company for harassing you. They call 2-3 times a day starting at 8 am. It comes up Ben Stonebridge on the ID for Stonebridge Benefits. We are on the DNC list. Even creditors cannot call more than once per day. Don't give me that "its all in the privacy policy" B.S. because that's WEAK. A company like JC Penney should be more RESPONSIBLE with who they sell your info too. As for tackiness, we had to enter our credit card number to opt out of them selling our info to these kind of companies.
