I ordered a loveseat online it came week later 2 left arms/legs i called 10 days later sent wrong part again. I called again waited 8 days no response called again said hey never got my last call now have to wait a month part is backordered i asked for compensation was ignored no response back to me. NEVER EVER BUY ANTY FURNITURE OR ANYTHING ONLINE FROM JC PENNEY WORSR CUST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

Jc Penney contacted me tody gave me some compensation for my troubles and apologized for the bad customer service, this was done before they knew of this report on here. I am retracting my report on bad customer service they made good on their end thanks MH Joliet il, 4/14/11
