JC Penny/Synchrony sent a payment request ACH to my bank on an unarthorized date (I did not agree to the date the payment was requested). This caused my account to go into negative status and create a derrogatory remark on my credit rating. 

I then received 36 robo calls concerning the payment.  I informed the synchrony representative that it was an error on their part and I should not

be charged any late fee.  She was confused and told me to pay the late fee and the next months payment now. She told me my bank was at fault, (which is incorrect). 

This may be a common practice of JCP/Synchrony to squeeze out more money from their card holders, by adding on interest and late fees means more of

our hard earned money in their pockets.

I'm sure that this has happened to many other people and I feel a class action lawsuit should be started.  

These situations should not happen, especially from a large financial institution.  

This practice should be illegal.
